4th Circuit Appeals Court Dismisses Virginia, Liberty University Challenges To Health Law

On September 8th, the 4th Circuit Appeals Court rule two challenges be dismissed, overturning lower court decisions.  The 4th Circuit ruled, in a Virginia case brought by state Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, the State had no grounds to sue against the law. The appellate court also concluded that Liberty University's challenge to the law should be dismissed.
