What is your organization’s plan for dealing with Uniform Data System changes, Meaningful Use (Stages 1, 2 & 3), Patient Centered Medical Home, Accountable Care Organization and the numerous other quality initiatives and collaboration opportunities that are available? Data-Driven Continuous Quality Improvement (DDCQI) is a broad process and quality improvement structure designed to be flexible enough to incorporate multiple quality initiatives and permit OKPCA member organizations to participate in as many quality initiative as would benefit their patient panel, community and organization. Designed as an extension of the Meaningful Use Boot Camp, this course will expose participants to the proven tools and methods that will enable your organization to continue to move forward in this age of increased transparency, accountability and scrutiny.
All sessions will begin at 9:00am and will conclude at 4:30pm with a short break for lunch.
