SoonerVerse Awarded HHS Grant to Support Health IT
SoonerVerse, Inc., a non-profit affiliated with the Oklahoma Primary Care Association, will receive a $750,000 grant to continue its work as a Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) to support health information technology and improve the health of Oklahomans served by the state’s 20 community health center (CHC) grantees.
The grant, announced today by Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Sylvia M. Burwell, will allow SoonerVerse to build on the HCCN efforts to date and better enable CHCs to adopt strategies to improve technology-driven improvement strategies plus share information to enhance quality of care.
All 20 of Oklahoma’s community health center organizations providing care at more than 80 service delivery sites will participate in the HCCN. Contact email@example.com with any questions.
