Staff

Greta is responsible for program administration including: adherence to Board policy and procedures, fiscal viability and the accomplishment of the Association’s mission. She oversees grants management, pursuit and acquisition of funding as well as special projects, contract negotiation, public relations, marketing and promotion specified by the governing board of the Association.

Marilyn directs the in-house financial and development functions of the Association. She is responsible for all financial records and books of account and assists the Executive Director in assuring sound fiscal management. She maintains corporate documents, assists in the development of operating policies and procedures, and prepares Board meeting minutes and financial reports. She directs Human Resource activities and coordination of employee benefits. 

Judy works with communities throughout Oklahoma as they explore the CHC program and pursue grant funding through the Health Resources and Services Administration.  Oklahoma has been successful in securing $18.6 million in additional annual CHC funding under the Presidential Initiative to Expand Health Centers, increasing the number of health center sites from six to thirty-four statewide.

Brent is responsible for the timely dissemination of current policy information to association members, analyzing policy changes and their effects on community health centers, and working to increase primary care access for all Oklahomans. 

As Director of Public Policy, Brent also supervises OKPCA's programmatic activities related to data and research.

Alison Williams joined OKPCA in January 2006.  As Workforce & Communications Coordinator, she is responsible for excellence in outcomes for clinical and non-clinical community health center staff.  As part of those outcomes, Alison coordinates Oklahoma Clinicians' Network, emphasizing on building networking among CHC clinicians. 

Having worked in information technology for over 25 years, Jim has been involved in many aspects of technology. These include network design and implementation, network and mainframe integration, project management, technical and operational support management, data warehousing, application development and integration and telecommunications.

Chequita has 12 years experience designing and conducting medical sociology research in such areas as post-traumatic stress disorder in women, minority health and health disparities in diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and cancer using primary and secondary data sources with statistical software.  She also has 10 years experience processing data inquiries and summarizing data. 

George’s duties include assisting with the financial and development activities, accounting functions, financial reporting and acting as the Group Purchasing Organization liaison.  Prior to joining the OKPCA staff, George was employed by the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas for five years with the Grants Management and Reports department. 

Karri has been with Oklahoma Primary Care Association since April 2003.  She is currently working toward her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification.  In addition to meeting planning, Karri is also responsible for coordinating the operations of the offices.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her son.

Darla has been with OKPCA since March 2008.  Darla handles the daily administrative tasks and assists with operations of OKPCA's office.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching her son play high school sports, football and baseball.
