Judy Grant, Director of Community
Development for the Oklahoma Primary Care Association
(OPCA), provides education and technical assistance for Section 330 Community Health Center (CHC) development. Ms. Grant works with communities throughout Oklahoma as they explore the CHC
program and pursue grant funding through the Health Resources and Services Administration.
Oklahoma has been successful in securing
$9.5 million in additional annual CHC
funding under the Presidential Initiative
to Expand Health Centers, increasing the
number of health center sites from six to
twenty-six statewide.
Judy participates in many statewide
organizations and is an Oklahoma Public Health
Leadership Institute (OPHLI) Fellow.
Before joining the OPCA team in August 1999, Judy worked for four years with the Arizona
Health Care Association as Education Director where she also served as Vice-President of the
National Long Term Care Meeting Planners Group. Judy graduated Summa Cum Laude from
Tarleton State University-Texas A & M University System, Stephenville, Texas, with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business.
Judy is married and has two daughters. |
