Cayce Rogers, Health
Disparities Collaborative Coordinator for
the Oklahoma Primary Care Association (OPCA),
provides direct support to community health
center teams participating in the West
Central Cluster. Cayce coordinates training
activities for health center staff designed
to improve clinical quality as well as
health center efficiency.
Before joining OPCA in June
2006, Cayce worked for LifeMasters Supported
SelfCare, implementing a diabetes/chronic
care management pilot program for CMS.
Cayce graduated from the University of
Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science and History.
Cayce is heavily involved in
community activities and works on the local
level to increase awareness of health care
resources for the medically underserved and
uninsured. |
