Marilyn directs the in-house financial and development functions of the Association. She
is responsible for all financial records and books of account and assists the Executive
Director in assuring sound fiscal management. She maintains
corporate documents, assists in the development of operating policies and procedures, and prepares
Board meeting minutes and
financial reports. She directs Human
Resource activities and coordination of
employee benefits.
Marilyn joined OPCA in 1998 after serving eleven years as Finance Director of the
Absentee Shawnee Housing Authority. She attended American Business College majoring in
Business Management, is certified as a Financial Specialist and as a Grants Manager.
She recently completed all components of the
"Oklahoma Standards for Excellence: An
Ethics & Accountability Code for the
Nonprofit Sector." |
