U.S. Supreme Court Issues Ruling On Health Care Law

The U.S. Supreme Court largely upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act on Thursday in 5-4 decision.  The Court upheld the individual mandate and the Medicaid expansion.  However, the Court ruled states must be allowed to “opt-out” of the expansion without a risk to existing Medicaid funding.
