Frannie joins OKPCA as our Behavioral Health Strategist and will provide a broad-range of services including training, technical assistance, clinical and organizational consultation, and strategies for the implementation and sustainability of Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorders services.
Frannie was formerly the SBIRT Project Director at Community Health Centers of Oklahoma. She received the 2017 Geiger Gibson Emerging Leader Award from George Washington University's Milken Institute of Public Health in recognition of her commitment, professional achievement and leadership qualities that further the health center mission.
Frannie is dually licensed as a clinical social worker and alcohol and drug counselor and is certified in behavioral health case management. She holds a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and is a Board Approved Supervisor for clinical social work licensure.
