About Staff Development

Ongoing staff development is a critical part of any organization.  OKPCA provides a range of services that support  staff development activities of its members and other health care providers.  These services help health centers meet grant requirements and support care transformation and on-going quality improvement activities.


OKPCA Staff Development services include:

  • On-site and web-based training related to leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution
  • Mock site visits and HRSA site visit preparation
  • In-depth trainings training and technical assistance
