Kristin Barber

Kristin N. Barber brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare advocacy, outreach, and strategic partnership development, with a passion for connecting people, organizations, and resources to improve care outcomes. She has a strong background in building referral networks, expanding community-based programs, and aligning growth strategies with real community needs.

Most recently, she served as Strategic Outreach Manager for Advanced Wound Therapy in Oklahoma, where she focused on strengthening partnerships and increasing access to services. Kristin also served as Strategic Partnerships Manager for a large FQHC in Oregon for 8 years prior to moving back to Oklahoma, so she is well-versed in health center operations and worked closely her last few years with the Oregon Primary Care Association.

Kristin is known for her collaborative approach, relationship-building skills, and commitment to improving outcomes, especially for underserved populations. She is excited to bring her experience and energy to the OKPCA and contribute to continued growth and impact.
