Cassidy Heit

Cassidy Heit, MPA – Chief of Staff
Cassidy serves as Chief of Staff at the Oklahoma Primary Care Association (OKPCA), where she leads organizational strategy and partner relations. In this role, she drives alignment between OKPCA and the Patient Care Network of Oklahoma (PCNOK) around value-based contracting, collaborative initiatives with payers and partners, and strengthening member health centers’ capacity to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.
Since joining OKPCA in 2015, Cassidy has managed major initiatives spanning communications, policy, and strategy. She continues to advance strategic communications and policy analysis, data visualizations, outreach and enrollment, and initiatives to broaden primary care access in Oklahoma.
Before joining OKPCA, Cassidy served two terms as an AmeriCorps member managing a nonprofit tutoring program in Norman, OK, and was a Graduate Research Fellow at the Oklahoma Policy Institute.
Cassidy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Economics and earned a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy. She also holds Certificates in Executive Healthcare Leadership and Change Management from Cornell University. Her recognitions include the 2018 NextGen Under 30 Award and the Distinguished Master of Advocacy designation from the National Association of Community Health Centers.
