Elizabeth Foreman

Elizabeth joined OKPCA in August 2021. Elizabeth is OKPCA’s Director of Finance and Accounting. Elizabeth works with staff and our clinical partners to further OKPCA’s mission in strengthening access to affordable, community-based health care.

Before joining OKPCA, Elizabeth spent over a decade working for the State of Oklahoma in Finance as a Procurement Specialist, working with State and Grant funds, and spent the last 8 years working for the OUHSC Police Department as the Administrative and Financial Coordinator.

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Oklahoma with both a Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Public Administration with concentrations in Public Policy and Public Management. She has a doctorate in education from Southern Nazarene University. Elizabeth served as Chair for the Historic District Commission and sat on the Editorial Board for the Norman Transcript before becoming a City Councilmember in the City of Norman in July 2020, where she also Chairs the City’s Finance Committee and sits on the Norman Employee’s Retirement Board and is a Trustee of the Norman Regional Hospital Authority.
