Sara Barry

Sara Barry, M.Ed, LBP – Chief Executive Officer
Sara Barry is the Chief Executive Officer of the Oklahoma Primary Care Association (OKPCA), the state’s membership and trade association for community health centers and community behavioral health organizations.
A licensed behavioral practitioner, she holds a master’s degree in community counseling from the University of Central. Sara joined OKPCA in 2020 and recently led the consolidation of Oklahoma’s Primary Care Association (PCA), Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN), and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), creating a more unified and strategic organization in service of community health centers.
She is deeply passionate about integrated behavioral health and advancing the Quintuple Aim: improving the patient experience, improving population health, reducing costs, supporting care team well-being, and ensuring high-quality care for all patients.
