Toby Polk

Toby G. Polk joined OKPCA as Chief Operating Officer in December 2024, bringing extensive experience in organizational leadership, internal operations, and financial oversight. With a focus on optimizing financial resources, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment, Toby is committed to creating a workplace where employees thrive, feel valued, and have opportunities for growth and long-term professional development.

Toby’s background in banking and oil and gas, combined with his leadership experience, positions him to enhance OKPCA’s capacity to support Oklahoma’s Community Health Centers, which provide essential services to underserved populations across the state. He is committed to driving internal financial efficiencies and strengthening the organization’s ability to empower health centers in delivering care to those in need.

Toby has a bachelor’s degree with a minor in business from the College of Education and Professional Development at the University of Central Oklahoma. He also graduated from Bank Administration Institute’s Graduate School of Retail Banking in 2008. With over 25 years of experience in business development, financial management, leadership, and cultivating strong, lasting partnerships, Toby is excited to lead OKPCA’s internal operations and contribute to the continued success of the organization. He is passionate about giving back to the community and sees working in the nonprofit sector as a way to fulfill that mission.
