Lacy Tillman

Lacy joined OKPCA in March 2021 and serves as the Health Professions and Program Specialist to support the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Health Professions Education and Training (HP-ET) initiative. Lacy will work to advance the recruitment, development, and retention of staff and board members within Oklahoma health centers.

As a former CEO of South Central Medical and Resource Center, Lacy built and led a staff workforce supporting quality primary care in four community health center locations including a school-based health center. Lacy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and holds an MBA from Columbia Southern University. She is also an exceptional baker of sweets and treats and owns a bakery, Lala’s Confectionary, in Lindsay, OK.
